| Sonderberater für Sport engagiert sich in Israel und den palästinensischen Autonomiegebieten

Tel Aviv/Ramallah (UNOSDP) - Willi Lemke, der Sonderberater des Generalsekretärs für Sport im Dienst von Entwicklung und Frieden, schloss gerade eine dreitätige Reise nach Israel und die besetzten palästinensischen Gebiete ab.
In Zeiten in denen die Aufmerksamkeit der gesamten Welt auf diese Region gerichtet ist und in denen die Frage der Anerkennung Palästinas als Staat auf der internationalen Agenda so sehr im Fokus steht, ist der Sonderberater fest entschlossen seine Arbeit im Bereich Sport und Friedenarbeit in der Region fortzusetzen.
